President

Andrew Walker is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and SACSCOC Liaison at Wilson Community College.  Past positions include Research Analysis, Director of Career and Academic Planning at Pitt CC, and Director of Planning, Research, and Assessment at James Sprunt CC.  He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State and a M.S. in Research Administration from Central Michigan University.  He has been a CCPRO Member since 2008 and served as the Eastern Region Director and Secretary.

President Elect

Anne Oxenreider is the Director of Institutional Assessment and SACSCOC Liaison at Isothermal Community College. She developed and implemented two successful Quality Enhancement Plans and hosted two SACSCOC on-site visits. Past positions include Writing Program and QEP Director at Montreat College and non-profit funds development and grant writing. She holds dual Master’s degrees: M.A. in Composition and Rhetoric from Western Carolina University and M.Ed. in Higher Education-Adult Learner from Appalachian State University. She has been a CCPRO Member since 2012.

Dr. Vincent Castano is the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness Fayetteville Technical Community College. Past positions include Director of Student Services at Central Carolina Community College and History Instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College. He holds a MA in American History from Western Carolina University and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. He has been a CCPRO Member since 2011 and served as the Secretary and President-Elect.

Ladelle “Bo” Harmon is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and SACSCOC Liaison at McDowell Technical Community College.  Past positions include Assistant System Administrator in the Technology Department at MTCC.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Montreat College.  He has been a CCPRO member since 2006 and served as Treasurer, President-Elect, and President.  He has also served on two separate, statewide Performance Measures Adjustment committees.

Stormy Mascitelli is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research at Central Carolina Community College.  She has experience working in the registrar’s office, career services, advising, accreditation and institutional research.  She earned her M.Ed. tc College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Communication from Western New England University.  She has been a CCPRO Member since 2014.

John Boone is the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Research (and SACSCOC Liaison) at Wake Technical Community College. He has worked at Wake Technical Community College since 1985 in several divisions including Learning Resources and Continuing Education before moving to the IE Office in 1997. He holds a BA degree in History from Guilford College (NC) and a Masters of Arts degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University. He earned his Ed.D. degree in Adult and Community College Education from North Carolina State University in 1994.

Serves as the Director of Institutional Research and Planning at Southwestern Community College.  Past positions include Research Analyst.  He holds a BS degree in Mathematics and a Master of Accountancy degree from Western Carolina University.  He also earned a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Georgia.  He has been a CCPRO member since 2012.

Amy Gustavson is Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness & QEP at Central Carolina Community College.  Past positions include Reference, Instruction, & Emerging Technologies Librarian at Central Carolina Community College and Coordinator of Instructional Services at East Carolina University.  She has served on QEP Teams at CCCC and ECU.  She holds a Masters in Library Science from North Carolina Central University and a BA degree in Arts Applications from North Carolina State University.  She has been a CCPRO member since 2015.

Dr. Edwin Imasuen

Eastern Region Director

Dr. Edwin Imasuen currently serves and the Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness & Advancement/SACSCOC Liaison at Halifax Community College.  He previously served as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Kettering University and also serves as the key holder for the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). Dr. Imasuen is a trained Peer Reviewer. He serves as a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and as a Federal Compliance Panel Analyst for HLC as well. He is also a trained SACSCOC Evaluator. He has served as Program Evaluator for Independent Institutions.
